No sound and No 'fit to TV' on Win7
 

Hello,

I have just took out of the brand new box and installed a brand new DisplayLink external video/graphics card.

Why do I have no sound? Why is the 'Fit to TV' window stuck at the upper left corner, in such a way that I can't reach it?

I am connecting to the TV via HDMI.

I have already tried to install the new ver.6 of the DisplayLink software and these problems are still the same.

I have no 'USB sound device' option to choose from anywhere in sound devices in control panel in devices or anywhere.

Was all that purchase in vain?
Why do I have to waste all this time instead of 'plugging and playing'?
