Problems with Startech USB 3.0 Dual Head Graphics Adapter
 

Just purchased a Startech USB3.0 Dual Head graphics Adapter (Part #: USB32HDDVII).

I have connected it to a Lenovo Thinkpad Mini Dock Series 3. I install the software, plug in the Startech adapter (which installs the rest of the drivers). but when I plug in my 3rd monitor nothing happens. The instructions state that the DisplayLink UI should display in the system tray. But I get nothing.

I am running Windows 7 (x86).

Can anyone help please???
