DisplayLink stopped working after comming back from leave
 

Hi,
I am using a Kensington "Universal Multi Display Adapter" to connect an external monitor to my macbook pro. It is a displaylink certified product.
I was using this for almost two years with no problem.
coming back from Xmas leave it simply stopped working.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times. Plugged, unplugged it in the order described on the knowledgeable but unfortunately with no success.

I have attached the log file here and would be very grateful for any help.
