toshiba dynadock usb 2.0 trouble video

Hello
sorry for my bad english, I'm french.
I have a DVI dynadock PA3542U connected a R700, I have 2 LCD screen Iiyama b2481hs (my office area has 3 screens, one internal and 2 lcd screens) with a resolution of 1920 * 1080, one of the lcd is connected HDMI directly to the notebook (good resolution 1920 * 1080), however, the second lCD is connected via the dynadock and then the resolution is 1680 * 1050, I download the latest driver (7.1) and unfortunately it does not change nothing, how to make the lCD connected to the dynadock is 1920 * 1080?

best regards

Can you post the logs? I want to check exactly what the maximum resolution of this dock is, as I think some were up to 1680x1050 and others were 1920x1200.

Warning: Graphics driver date
Pass: WEI is above recommended 3
Pass: No Other USB graphics software installed

Or

Hello WIM
some news?

Wim 01-21-2013 01:54 PM

Yes - that confirms that my original guess is correct. This is a first generation Toshiba dynadock, based on the DL-160 which has a maximum resolution of 1680x1050. 1920x1080 is not supported by this dock.
