Driver for 10.6 only?

I installed it in 10.5 and see following errors in my console.log every 5 seconds:

No; it appears to be a problem with how the .kext was built for release. That is, this error appears to be a problem with the build, and a number of other people are experiencing the same problem.

No this driver also bring improvements to previously supported versions of Mac OS X too. Please try the newly released beta to see if this resolves your issues.
