Unable to get the 1920x1080 resoultion work with DL195
 

hi,

I have a dl195 connected to macbook pro in usb port and i can only get the max resolution of 1440x900. The monitor support 1920 x 1080. If i select the 1920x1080 the monitor goes blank and there is no signal.

Please find the attached debug info.

Hope i get a solution for the problem.

Are you able to plug the adapter to a different Mac / PC or to a different monitor and see if the problem continues?

I will try connecting the adapter to different pc and will update this thread...

I plugged the adapter into different pc and the same 1920x1080 monitor and it does not work. the max resolution it can go upto only 1440x900.

the monitor suppoerts 1680x1050 also. buy with the adapter both 1680x1050 and 1920x1080 goes blank and no signal.

My Primary Monitor Goes Blank
 

I am using display link with XP-SP3 and using the Arkview 1600 X 1200 USB to DVI/HDMI/VGA converter. I connect the second display to the HDMI input of my HDTV (1080p) but only get 1280 X 720. Once the second display is engage my 1920 X 1080 PC monitor goes blank and displays out of range.

Help, please.


Feb 12, 2011. Solved Probem... returned for credit. Bought BVU1000 by Diamond. Works great except DVD playback using WM11

You probably want to start a thread in the Windows section of the forum based on the version of the driver you are using. First step would be to grab the latest beta driver and try that.
