MBP 2.53 i5 - DL only works with 2nd monitor
 

Hello,

I have a Kensington Display Adapter and a Village Tronic Adapter which both use the display link software.
Since getting the new MacBook Pro 2.53 i5 and updating to Snow Leopard, the Display Link will only work if I have a second monitor connected to the Mini DisplayPort. It will work if I booted with a second monitor and then unplugged the Mini DP, but if I boot without a second monitor connected to the Mini DP I get a Screen with black and white Stripes and can't do anything.

It is rather annoying because I would like to use my two second screens I now have standing unused at my office and at home and the adapters.
I'm waiting for over half a year to something happen.

What can I do to get the things going again, so my monitors and adapters aren't worthless standing on my desk.

Can you run the DisplayLink information tool and attach it to your thread?
