Windows 8 issues still ...
 

The Latest version 7.1 M1 is still not working on my Asus i3 Windows 8 laptop.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing etc but to no avail.
The error message says that either "my computer is incompatible" or that it "does not meet the necessary requirements". This is hard to believe as it is a brand new laptop, and my old (2007 Toshiba worked fine with it)


I cannot gather and attach the logs (as described here http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269) as I am away from my PC that this is affecting for a week.

Please help.

This system should work if it is a Core i3. I guess you are getting the same message as documented here:

Can you make sure you have the primary graphics drivers installed, and if you do, post the logs.
