Here's my setup

iMac
display adapter to audience screen
Displaylink USB adapter to confidence screen

When I run a show in ProPresenter everything is good. However, PPT doesn't recognize the audience screen. I can show presenter view on main screen and slides on confidence monitor (although I have to switch them) and then the audience screen is blank?

Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

I also have this exact scenario and problem. I posted it a few months ago - but haven't heard a response either. I have to disconnect the USB adapter when I have to use powerpoint.
