Problemms with Targus 3.0 Superspeed
 

I have a Targus 3.0 Superspeed model ACP71USZ. I am running it with a tablet running Windows 8. Since installing the Superspeed I have limited network download speeds, the V key does not work on the USB keyboard, the USB mouse has intermittent delays and my internet connection will only download at speeds of approximately 3MB/sec instead of the available 100MB/sec.
