Ethernet Disconnects

I am running win 8 with an ASUS model DisplayLink. I have downloaded the latest Software. Every 5-9 seconds my 1 Gb ethernet port disconnects and than reconncts. Has any seen this or know of a cure?

Can you try v7.2 M1. Sounds like a known issue that should be fixed by this release.
