DisplayLinkManager Crash (2.0)

On a somewhat regular basis I have the DisplayLinkmanager crash resulting in "flicker" of the screen while it is being restarted.

I had already downloaded and enabled the DisplayLink debug tool, so attaching the verbose information from it AND the multiple crash reports as reported through Console.

Hopefully this helps in trying to figure out the issue and getting it resolved.

These crashes seem to occur a lot more regular now, I think right after updating to 10.8.4.

Attached additional collection information.
