10.8.4 mbp still does not detect monitor
 

I have a MBPPro 15-inch, mid2012, running 10.8.4 and I'm still unsuccessful even all the suggestions.
Everything was working fine before I updated to the 2.0 drivers, but after the upgrade I never managed to get Diamond/Display Link running.
I have another external display running out of the Thunderbolt port and the DisplayLink running from USB.

I did verified that I have /Library/LaunchAgents and the process is running (with launchctl & ps).
Please refer to the attached "terminal-output.txt" file for the console output

I also ran the DisplayLink utility and attached is the ZIP file

Any hints?

I am also having the same issue same computer and same OS. I would also love a solution.
