Dynadock 3.0 w/Thinkpad W520 and Optimus
 

Hi. I get a black screen and the OS does not completely startup when using a Dynadock 3.0 and a Thinkpad W520 with Optimus Graphics set to automatic and the laptop lid shut. If I open the laptop lid the OS starts successfully. If I set Optimus to discrete mode the laptop will boot with the lid open or shut with the Dynadock connected. I would prefer not to have to disable the integrated graphics, this takes away an extra display, so what do we need to do to get this fixed? To summarize Thinkpad W520 and Dynadock 3.0 connected, Optimus mode Automatic and laptop lid shut incomplete OS startup, lid open OS successfully starts.
