External monitors go out of focus
 

I currently own a Targus Universal USB 3.0 DV Docking Station, Model ACP70USZ. Recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 and DisplayLink 7.4M2. Not sure which one is causing the issue, but when I'm browsing the Internet using IE, Chrome or Firefox on either on of my 27" AOC monitors, the display will go blurry making it unreadable. Then all of a sudden it will snap back to being crystal clear. This is not always consistent, but very annoying. Any ideas. This wasn't happening before either 8.1 upgrade or 7.4M2 upgrade.
