Black screen after restart
 

I recently updated to Mavericks and after installing the 2.1 software, my extra monitor attached with the UA0105 was working fine. After restarting the system, the screen went black and now its not working. It shows that its connected but does not display.

Any suggestions?

Sadly, I am having the exact same issue.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the 2.1 version, restarting with both having the extra monitors connected and without - all with the same result (one monitor is unresponsive).

I installed Mavericks on my Mid2011 Mac mini.
And installed Ver. 2.1 driver makes me trouble that are as same as toddbanister.
I use 2 adapter of GX-DVI/U2 and GX-DVI/U2B (Buffalo, Japan).
These adapter use DL-160.
Now, I use 2.1 beta, and can use 4 monitors those are fine.
