When I install this driver, nothing happens. It's installed in window's list of installed programs (Core + Graphics), but nothing happens when I connect the replicator, only the USB hub functionality works.

It appears that rebooting the replicator solved the issue, however the main issue (USB 3.0 instability) was not addressed by this driver update, so my replicator is still unusable
