Second monitor does not work, period, under mavericks.

Add this to the list if it isn't already. Running 2 monitors under Mavericks with the new driver doesn't work at all in any configuration.

+1. I am using a display port adapter from apple (DVI connection) and the USB eVGA UV Plus+ 16 adapter. This was working fine before, with 2.1, I get no picture on the 2nd monitor. The displayport adapter is working fine.
