Another Mavericks Question
Before Mavericks, I had a Thunderbolt/HDMI Acer connected to my MacBookAir and a Dell monitor connected via a Kensington DVI/USB device. Once I installed Mavericks, my Dell stopped working and wouldn't display anything.
I purchased a DisplayLink USB/VGA adapter and installed the latest driver from the site. Now, the Dell does work, however, the primary display, the Acer, now has a reduced screen area as though the Acer was still on (even when it's powered off). In order to re-claim the desktop size on the Acer, I have to disconnect the DisplayLink adapter completely. Is this expected behavior? Never used to happen before Mavericks. Thanks everyone. |
