Windows 8.1 High CPU Usage
 

So I have recently had to reinstall the drivers and software for this and went back to 7.5 M0 and my CPU usage for display link sits between 8% and 20% making the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 Overheat.

I was not getting this with 7.4 M4 but these gave me the black screen of nothing when i connected this morning, so i cleaned the drivers reinstalled the newer version and now its a problem with overheating

Windows is up to date with all the latest patches and graphics drivers so if anyone has any other suggestions i would love to hear them.

I am also getting weird issues with fonts and resolutions, one screen has oversize fonts, the other doesnt, I reboot it works fine then i come in on a different day and it is doing it again, i cant figure out what is going on, it has only happened in the last week.
