Macbook Air 2013 Flickers
 

Hi
just purchased a Kensington USB 3.0 Docking Station sd3500v and plugged a DELL 1908wfp to my macbook air 2013. I am running Mavericks 10.9 and the monitor works but with some flickering.

I read that this was an issue with Mavericks, is there anything I can do to avoid the flickering? Is this true to all displaylink adaptor?
