Screen freeze when connecting Galaxy2 phone
 

I finally found the cause of my problem.

When i connect my cellphone through USB to my computer all my
monitors start to blink and the displaylink monitor freezes and everything
goes crazy.

When i disconnect the phone everything goes back to normal.

It happens only with the cellphone, not other USB devices does that to the
monitors...I tried different USB jacks for the displaylink monitor and also
for the cellphone...nothing.

I have to have my phone connected to my computer as it is an important
part at my work station.

Would appreciate some help here...

Sounds like the phone is creating a lot of USB traffic or USB errors and causing the USB connections to the DisplayLink chips to go into error or drop off the bus.

It is also possible your phone is pulling power from the USB bus, causing the DisplayLink devices to not have enough power, causing the problems you are seeing.
