Display issues - USB 2.0 to DVI Display Adapter
Hey guys I have been searching through to see if anyone has had the same issues as me - been trying to resolve this for hours...
I am two monitors through a lenovo docking station where my laptop sits - one screen connected via vga works completely fine; the other screen is using a USB 2.0 to DVI external display adaptor but the screen is all messed up (discoloured / yellow/blue like in colour, flickers as I hover my mouse over it - I basically cannot use it) Anyone had this issue before? I feel like there is some sort of compatibility issue I am not aware of - if so would like to sort out before I go off and buy another adapter... I am using Lenovo T430 laptop and windows 7 |
Hi,
This sounds like a hardware issue. Which Lenovo docking station do you have? Is your setup as follows? Dock > VGA cable > Monitor Dock > USB cable > Adapter > Monitor Can you attach the output of this tool? http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 Thanks, James |
