Problems using Windows 8
 

I have a laptop with Windows 8. I am using a Diamond DS3900 3.0 USB docking station and two Viewsonic 24" with HDMI and DVI output.

When the new software update for Displaylink was added, I lost my second monitor. Displaylink is only picking up the laptop dislay and one monitor. It does not recognize the second monitor. When I try to add it, it gives me the opton of adding as a built in display or VGA. I do not have a VGA plug. I am using a HDMI and DVI plug on my docking station.

Please help me

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool.
