DOS drivers for Thinkpad usb 3.0 dock

I am looking for DOS ethernet drivers for the Thinkpad USB 3.0 dock. The network adapter drivers are needed as I would like to create an OS image using Symantec Ghost of a Lenovo Yoga. Are they available?
