After window update, my usb monitor became unstable and finally turn dark
 

Hi,

I have a AOC e1649fwu USB monitor. It works fine until today. At the beginning, it was just flashing on and off. Now, it turns dark in 2 seconds after connecting to my PC.
I remember today or last night I got a window update. wondering if that causes it or just my monitor simply dies...
could any expert give me some suggestions, please?
I need it to do my work.

Please attach the logs from this tool:

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool.
