Does DisplayLink work with Surface Proc 3?
 

I bought a Surface Pro 3 with a ASUS MB MB168B+ 15.6-Inch Screen LED-Lit Monitor. I followed the instruction to install it but it doesn't work. How does it to make it work? If not possible, what is the other options for monitor?

When running "Audio MIDI Setup" I have 2 Formats to choose from but can only choose 48hz, is that because my DynaDock model only supports 48hz.
