DisplayLink USB is shown as Samsung Host Ready USB Device

I've tried running the installer designated for Vista on the CD that came with my package as well as the latest version from the site: 7.6M2. After running the installer (which doesn't give a confirmation of completion as far as I can tell) I plug the USB device in and it's shown as a Samsung Host Ready USB Device.

The output of Gather Support Information from the Support Tool is attached.

The problem is the wireless link is not making the DisplayLink device appear on the USB bus so our driver has nothing to talk to.

The wireless link driver is outside DisplayLink so we cannot help support this. It would be best to contact the product manufacturer for support with this.
