Continuous connection/disconnection

My connection/disconnection started out as sporadic, and now is continuous. I am able to get the display link started if I plug in again, then it either turns off by itself, or if I try to do something on the displaylink screen, it will freeze up, then shut down.

I have a Lenovo yoga 2 pro
using windows 8.1
using a belkin powered usb hub (connected to the usb 2.0, not 3.0)
to a AOC E1649FWU 16" USB-Powered Portable LED Monitor
I've gone through the dubugging steps, run the bebugging, uninstalled & cleaned, reinstalled, and I still have the problem.
I am attaching some logs that hopefully capture the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I love using a second screen, and am having a hard time working without it.
