Dynadock U3.0 Not Working with Windows 8.1
 

Hi,

I am new to this forum, so please bare with me.

I have recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 and my Dynadock will no longer function with my laptop. When I try to recognize my two monitors, they are not recognized, so I cannot use them. All other peripheral devices connected to the Dynadock are functioning normally.

I have also tried installing the latest DisplayLink upgrade, however, I receive a message back, advising that this upgrade is already installed.

The Dynadock model I am using is PA3927C-1PRP.

Any help would be much appreciated.
