DisplayLink USB2 and Surface 3 mini display port together
 

I have:

Surface Pro 3
USB2 DisplayLink connected via VGA to HP CPQ LA2405 monitor
Mini display connected to Del monitor
7.7 M2 DisplayLink Driver

I can get one or the other external monitor to work, but not both at the same time. I noticed another poster resolved this with a full system restore then put it down to GPOs from his domain, but I would rather not restore, and am not in a domain, so any suggestions?

Looks like the problem was the VGA monitor. As soon as I switched to DVI output instead of VGA, both monitors came up :-)
