Anker adapter Y-3702 no longer works after installin 7.7m3 driver.
 

My adapter no longer works after installing this driver.
No Uninstall/re-install/clean install works.

Always fails on usb3.0 Display driver install now.

Hardware ids don't include a match in the inf file....

Read that the newer drivers do a firmware update, is this true?
Is my adapter bricked?

Is there a recovery?

Hope this helps someone else:

During the driver upgrade the usb.inf and usb.pnf files were deleted. Not sure if it's the installer that did this, but seems pretty coincidental.

Replaced the missing files in my windows\inf directory and now all is well.
