Monitor flickering issue

Hi
I have got a strange issue using second monitor through docking.
My second monitor seems like it doesn't refreshes latest images they receiving from gpu. After I move cursor it refreshes small blocks around cursor.
Also, if i move window on that monitor, it starts flickering (refreshing small blocks).

I have provided screenshot of working display (laptop) and second monitor (extended through docking) while working.

I always was having some problems with docking (not turning on second monitor and similar) but i could always somehow make it working, but few weeks ago this problem started to happen.

Complete install/uninstall (with tool from displaylink) did (many times),
actually don't know if there is anything that i didn't do there but unfortunately nothing helped.

I also tried with other cables and other docking... Same thing happens.

Hi Dejan,
can I ask you to:
1. set value LargeScreenBoostCapable to false under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DisplayLink\Core\ in Windows Registry
2. Reboot computer
3. Check if issue still exists

Please let me know about the results.

BR,
Kuba
