DL not working HP 9470m Intel HD Graphics 4000

Ran through the debugging routine and get the message -- Intel HD Graphics 4000 not supported by DL software. Log files attached. Is it as simple as updating the driver? Any help very much appreciated!

Can you please try following steps and let me know about the results:
1. Update your Intel HD Graphics 4000 drivers (currently dated 2012/09/26)
2. Restart computer

Tried to update driver, but it didn't take...
