Network Reliability Issue- Streaming Video and VOIP
Hello-
I am using the Lenovo USB 3.0 Dock. In the past 2 weeks, I have been having issues with VOIP (Skype and Gotomeeting) and streaming video in a browser. Audio / video cut out after a few seconds, and require a page re-load to work again (temporarily). When reverting to WIFI, I have no problems. I am using a Carbon X1 with no native ethernet adapter, but no other wired computers have been having issues with our network. I have confirmed that all USB 3.0, Video, Displaylink, and BIOS drivers are updated. Any ideas what could be causing the problem? I only have one monitor connected to the port, so bandwidth shouldn't be an issue here. Thank you, Marc |
