Manufacturing test mode?

I just got an ASUS Mb16b+ and I can't get it to work, of course. I have done everything that I am capabale of doing, updating drivers, etc. Please can you please tell what the manufacturing test mode means? I think it means I have a bad display, but I can't tell. Thank you in advance for any replies.

That is a factory mode that is only designed to be enabled during manufacturing. There is no way to fix this by an end user.

Please return the product for a replacement.
