Windows 10 and Asus MB168+

1 Attachment(s)
Installed Windows 10 last night. First time I booted, my Asus MB168+ monitor worked fine, but subsequently it doesn't work.

I followed all of the steps on the troubleshooting guide for DisplayLink: uninstalling, running the cleaner tool, reinstalling. I also installed the latest Asus EzLink and drivers. I keep getting the "Your drivers are not compatible..." message from the attached screen grab.

I've tried via USB hub and directly connecting to the USB3 ports on my computer. What are my next steps?

Anything? Any support from Displaylink?

Hi,

Can you attach the output from this tool so I can take a look?

Just to clarify you'll need v7.9 M0 to use your device on Windows 10.

Thanks,
James

I know I need v7.9 M0, I downloaded it and followed the troubleshooting instructions to the letter. The diagnostic output is attached as requested

OK, it's been nearly a week, any suggestions? I have updated to the latest Intel Windows 10 video drivers, but that made no difference.

I've got problems with Win 10 and 7.9 as well. Set Address failed, sometimes everything works, sometimes everything except the display(s) work.

Is there any update on this issue? I supplied the requested file over one month ago.

@Witchfinder

Hi,

From the logs I can see your device is not booting up correctly.

You'll need to contact the vendor for a replacement.

Thanks,
James
