Power / Sleep Options not Working on D3100 and Windows 10

I have a D3100 USB docking station with the latest DisplayLink drivers installed on Windows 10. There are two monitors hooked up to the docking station and they work just fine. However, they never go to sleep. The power options in Windows 10 are set correctly, but nothing ever goes to sleep.

Any ideas?
