Windows 10, display settings show 3 monitors, only 2 are working
 

I have uninstalled and re-installed the display link software and still having the same issue. The 2nd external monitor seems to be detected but there is no image. I have confirmed that the monitor is working. During the re-install process when the monitors typically flash, they did not.

Im using a Kensington universal multi display adapter, with a dell insprion.

THIS WAS A BAD CABLE, WORKS FINE AFTER CHANGING USB
