Connected monitor (via docking) doesn't want to start
 

Monitor doesn't want to start when connected via docking (DVI or HDMI).

I have this problem since i bought this laptop (together with docking).
We have two more laptops (with this type of docking) in my company and all have the same problem.

Tried to fix with many video driver releases and with many displaylink driver release and nothing helped.

Also to add, sometimes monitor starts working normally but that's mostly after 2h of laptop working
and of course after reconnecting docking power supply or dvi/hdmi cable.

This problem we had with Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and we have it with Windows 10.

For example mouse connected to docking works regularly even when display doesn't work.

So last thing is to ask someone here.
