Have to reboot docking station daily
 

I have the Dell D3000 docking station with a Dell latitude E7450 laptop. Every morning when I get to the office and plug into the docking station I have to power down and back up to get my dual monitors to work. Some days it tries to come on and gives me a pink or purple or green screen on one side and a different color on the other. Sometimes I have to power down two or three times to finally get it. I have loaded the latest drivers a few times and even the ones that Dell recommends. Any idea's ?:confused:

This sounds like a hardware problem and it would be best to contact Dell for support with this.
