Can only extend right
 

I have a Toshiba Dynadock U3 connected to an HP with Windows 10 64 bit Build 10586.

It will only extend to the right. I mostly want to extend up. The Icon in the Hidden Task tray only takes me to the Win 10 Settings/System/Display page and the Multiple Displays/Extend these Displays has no options. Right clicking on the screen leads to the same result.

On Windows 10 display page, you are supposed to move the display with your mouse by clicking on the monitor rectangle and moving it. Microsoft doesn't provide the position in the drop down boxes.
