Computer Seeing Device as Flash Drive
 

Had Displaylink set up on my laptop for streaming Netflix and it worked fine. Just purchased a refurbished desktop. Running Windows 8.1. Downloaded and installed software, but when prompted to plug in the device for the "first connection" the software can't find it. Windows is showing it as a USB storage device. Already tried re-installing the software. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
