Hello, unfortunately I do not know exactly which file they need therefore depended I at times the whole zip package from the Support Tool.

Hello,
The problem seems to be that our driver has not fully installed. Because of the ancient graphics card you are using, I would recommend you use an older driver from us as well. Can you please do the following? - Remove DisplayLink driver from Add/Remove program - Reboot - Run our End User Cleaner (see my forum signature) - Reboot - Install DisplayLink version 7.7 M4 - Reboot - If the issue persists, please send me new logs so I can see if the driver is running properly this time. Kind regards, Alban |

I DisplayLink now removed but it can not install, it is the popup window I have opened go on executing and it goes no further.

Should on the graphics card does not light up a green control bulb?

Hello,
This 7.7 M4 driver has been installed on more than 100k machines. It suggests the issue is local to your machine. 1st step I recommend now is to update your Intel graphics drivers are they are 6 years old. DisplayLink does not design and does not manufacture any end products. I do not know what product you have and therefore I do not know if a green LED should be lit or not on it. Kind regards, Alban |

I now have my Windows 7 completely relaunched and has DiplayLink can also install and has been detected, but the second monitor displays still remains blank?
|
I must report myself again, the driver recognizes for any reason, why I not.If this Install all comes on the First Screen.
My post above upon it was not Answered? |
Hello,
Thank you for providing new logs. I can see that the device is not booting properly. USB\\VID_17E9&PID_8060 is its identification. Unfortunately this is a hardware fault as described in our article. If you consistently get this PID of 8060, you will have to contact the manufacturer for hardware support as this is not something that can be addressed in the driver. Kind regards, Alban |
