Targus USB and Ethernet not installing.
 

I cannot install the Audio and Ethernet driver from device manager. (Windows 7 Enterprise)

It only works if i do a full reinstall with the cleaner tool.

I am using 7.9M7

Is there any other fix other hen uninstalling and reinstalling?

Hello,

The audio and Ethernet drivers are not available stand alone to make sure their version match (are compatible with) the version of the firmware used in the dock/adapter.

You can get them from your DisplayLink installation folder:
- CdcNcmDriver = Ethernet driver
- AudioDriver = audio driver

I don't understand why the cleaner would be needed. It would be interesting to gather the logs when you are in error so we know why they are in this state.
