Help - AOC USB Monitor will only clone primary display
 

Help! I recently purchased an AOC USB monitor. I installed the drivers and plugged in the monitor, but it will only clone my primary laptop display. I'm running Windows 10 and use multiple monitors via a Dell docking station at my office, but was wanting the AOC monitor for a remote solution to have a second monitor.

Would you please be able to collect the logs and post them? The last link in my forum signature explains how to use our customer support tool to achieve this.

Also, I would need a description of what is plugged to what... To understand what you are trying to cloning from to what.

It most likely comes from the graphics driver.
