Display + slow Rj 45 Windows 10

Sorry for my very very bad English ... I'll try to explain you my problem :

For a few weeks - it's possible it is since Windows 10 anniversary update - my displaylink device ACP77EUZ is NOT connected at Windows' starting. I've to switch on EXTENDED Screen : It's appears on the second screen. I've to switch after on the second screen only : and it's ok. I've also a few problems with the LAN : Transfer speed is very random. I've a ASUS laptop NJ551 et I've installed the software 8.1. for Displaylink
