HP SPECTRE AND HP3005pr
 

Hello,

i have an HP SPECTRE PRO X360 G2 that runs Windows 10 PRO x64 rel. 1511 .
this laptop is connected to an HP3005PR port replicator that seems use your technology.

Connected to the Port Replicator there are:
a BENQ GL2450-T Monitor (connected via HDMI)
a usb wireless dongle for mouse (USB 2.0 PORT)
a usb wired keyboard. (USB 2.0 PORT)
a usb webcam (USB 2.0 PORT)

the problem is that after several shutdown/poweroff the external monitor goes definitevly off and displaylink systray report an error icon.

displaylink software version is "DisplayLink 8.2 Beta 2 For Windows"

in attachment you will find two diagnostic log files:

system_working.zip is taken when system was working fine.
system_not_working.zip is taken when problem exists.

any advice will be appreciated.
