D3100 Docking Station Not Working (Support Files Attached)
 

Everything from the ethernet to the USB ports do not recognise anything plugged into them - and if they do recognise something they will intermittently drop out every 10 seconds or so (with the new device connected and disconnected windows sounds triggering).
