Dell D6000 and E5570 3D Hardware problem
Hi Everyone,
I have a Dell E5570 with AMD R7 M370. It works fantastically when not plugged into the dock, but as soon as I connected it to the D6000 Universal Dock, I lose the ability to open any software that needs 3D Capable Hardware. I've reinstalled every driver I can think of (Dock, GPU, Monitors, Intel Graphics etc), but nothing has worked thus far. I can literally open Blender, use it flawlessly, then plug my laptop into the dock, and it'll just cause any software using 3D hardware to crash. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a particular port I need to be using? Chris |
Hi
Are you using Windows 10? Do you have a DisplayLink display set as the primary monitor? If so, please try setting the built in display as the primary and see if this gives you hardware acceleration. Wim |
